Which is exactly what Lotta, our PRCA apprentice, has been doing with TALA since September.
Our founder Andrew Baud is a passionate champion of bringing on talent in the communications sector. In his role as Chair of the PR & Communications Apprentice Trailblazer Group at IfATE, he wants to make sure that young people can develop the skills that will give them the best possible start to their career in PR.
At TALA, apprenticeships are just one of the ways that we are doing this. We’ve also committed to offering up to three paid internships to first year sixth formers.
We want to make sure that a career in communications is open to everyone, and that we nurture the rising stars that will go on to become the PR leaders of the future.
