Workshops at the Black Country Living Museum

This month, TALA had the pleasure of working with the Black Country Living Museum team to develop a reputation management and stakeholder engagement programme. 

During two days of workshop, we collaborated with the BCLM team to build robust action plans and engagement strategies. Plus, we couldn’t resist enjoying some fish & chips from the on-site shop and browsing the fantastic museum gift shop during our visit. 

We’re looking forward to day three in a few weeks’ time, focusing on key message development and story mining, but most importantly a visit to the sweetie shop!
