After a busy couple of months in the office, we wanted to mix things up! The team headed out to the Mad Hatter in Oxford last night for a cocktail masterclass and some late-night karaoke.
Guided by their expert mixologists, we can all now add creating a top-notch Queen of Hearts or This Little Figgy to our professional development skills.
TALA has invested recently in some fantastic whole-team training to understand the personalities and strengths of individual team members, and how we can work best together as a team. However, it’s when we get together in a social environment that we really start to understand how we fit together.
And it turns out that nothing breaks down barriers faster than all belting out Islands in the Stream together at the end of the night!
