What stage are you at with nurturing your PR career? Perhaps you’re busy planting seeds or possibly now enjoying the fruits of your labour?
Last week we were at North Oxfordshire Academy’s Careers and Apprenticeship Fair in Banbury, helping to give young people an insight into PR as they try to make decisions about their options for apprenticeships, universities courses and career paths.
We want to make sure that a career in communications is open to everyone and invest in the next generation of future talent within the PR sector.
It was also great to catch up with some of the interns that joined us at TALA during the Easter holidays, and a student who came to our workshop at her school a few months ago. She asked us some pretty probing questions about how we dealt with a food crisis several years ago – perhaps she has a career in journalism ahead of her!
