Whilst many people have been off work enjoying their holidays, the team at the National Memorial Arboretum has been working their socks off to deliver some pretty incredible events for visitors wanting to make the most of their summer.
This month, we have supported them as they have delivered their Summer Proms – two nights of fantastic live music with a firework finale – and Carnival Windrush, a commemorative event celebrating the legacy of HMT Empire Windrush through poetry, music, songs and dance.
We’re also encouraging media, social media content creators and visitors to take a journey through The New World, an immersive family adventure around six installations in the 150-acres of memorials, gardens and woodlands at the Arboretum. If you’re in Staffordshire in the next couple of weeks, we’d definitely recommend this for a family day out!
