TALA Talent Academy shortlisted for PR Award

Our TALA Talent Academy has been shortlisted for the ‘Team Culture and Community Award’ in this year’s PRCA DARE Awards!

Our Talent Academy is particularly close to our hearts as we have spent the last two years improving our work experience, paid internships, apprenticeships and graduate job programmes, aiming to help young people and the wider industry invest in the PR stars of the future.

The award entry particularly highlighted the leadership of our founder Andrew Baud and colleagues from organisations such as the Cabinet Office and Wessex Water, along with training providers such as the PRCA, who delivered a new educational standard for the PR sector and secured a 37.5% increase in funding for training providers from the Department for Education.

Thanks to their efforts, PR apprentices are more relevant and employable than ever.

This is also fantastic timing as our brand-new PR Apprentice starts next week, our newest recruit to the TALA Talent Academy.
