Public Relations Account Executive – Full-Time, Oxfordshire/Remote

We are looking for an up and coming Graduate or Junior Account Executive who’s ready to step into an Account Executive role and wishes to work with organisations that want to make the planet a better place to live, work in and experience.

Responsibilities:  

  • You will work across a number of key accounts to support the delivery of communications programmes in line with our principles of client service excellence  
  • As account executive you’ll support the team, becoming part of the ‘engine room’ by keeping monthly reporting up to date, preparing presentations, drafting news releases and creating engaging social media content  
  • Your role will include managing our media and stakeholder CRM database – keeping it up to date with the latest contacts  
  • Researching opportunities for our clients including in the media, at conferences, round tables and speaking events  
  • Background research for new business pitches.   

Key requirements:  

  • English as a first language and exemplary writing skills  
  • Graduate or minimum six months experience in an agency

Public Relations Account Manager – Full-Time, Oxfordshire/Remote

We are looking for an established Account Manager who wishes to work with organisations that want to make the planet a better place to live, work in and experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • You will work across a number of key accounts deliver communications programmes in line with our principles of client service excellence  
  • As the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients, you will maintain positive ongoing relationships and find ways in which to surprise and delight them  
  • As account manager, supporting the account directors, you will become part of the ‘engine room’, utilising your copywriting skills and demonstrating your media relations prowess 
  • Working with the team, you’ll live and breathe the supportive culture at TALA, helping to progress junior members of the team and have a can-do attitude 
  • You can expect to play a role in new business pitches – bringing your creative ideas to the process.  

Key requirements:  

  • English as a first language and exemplary writing skills  
  • Existing account manager or minimum three years’ experience  
  • Good communications skills 
  • Previous people management would be useful, but not essential 
  • Excellent attention to detail and good listening skills  
  • Ability to analyse situations and address issues as they arise

  • Your role will include joining the weekly resourcing call to ensure resourcing across the agency remains consistent 
  • The role will include organic growth targets for your client and you should expect to play a big part in the strategic direction of your client’s programme
