Last week we were at North Oxfordshire Academy’s Careers and Apprenticeship Fair in Banbury, helping to give young people an insight into PR as they try to make decisions about their options for apprenticeships, universities courses and career paths.

TALA welcomes first sixth formers on paid internship programme

Last year we announced that we would allocate our normal budget for client Christmas gifts toward creating three paid internships for first-year sixth-formers from nearby communities. We had such a positive response to our decision to invest in the next generation of PR professionals, that we couldn’t wait to get the programme up and running.

Last week, Andrew Baud and Lex Rosenthal held TALA’s first year 12 workshop, at North Oxfordshire Academy in Banbury, exploring how harnessing the power of communications is a valuable skill for teenagers studying media, business, politics, English, psychology and more.
